4. Appointments and Scheduling
4.1 Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone, through our website, or via text message. We will confirm all appointments via your preferred method of communication.

5.2 Pricing: Final pricing will be provided before work begins. Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work, parts required, and unforeseen complications.
5.3 Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you experience any issues with our service, please contact us within 30 days and we will make it right. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Valley Heating & Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
